Our New York-based personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. If you have experience in personal injury law, fluency in English and Spanish, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, providing legal advice and representation to clients throughout the legal process.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and develop strategies to support our clients' claims.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including trial preparation and litigation.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining legal rights and options in a clear and compassionate manner.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law in a personal injury law firm.
• Strong understanding of law and legal procedures, particularly in personal injury law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with trial preparation and litigation is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
