They're seeking a passionate Founding Engineer to join our team and help accelerate our mission of connecting good people with great opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Features:Transform customer needs into operationally excellent code.
- Iterate on Publication-Grade ML: Develop new ML approaches to significantly improve agent behavior.
- Wear Many Hats: Be adaptable, working on frontend, backend, infrastructure, and ML tasks as needed.
- Move Mountains: Do whatever it takes to advance the company's goals.
Who You Are:
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of proven engineering experience in a startup environment.
- Proficient in Python and backend technologies like FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
- Skilled in database technologies, both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Capable of managing workloads effectively under pressure in a competitive environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about collaborating with the smartest people on the most challenging problems.
- Ideally graduated from a top university or with well-known or with vast experience..
